Where We Ship

LickMat Pro currently ships to customers in Canada only.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after your order confirmation email is received, excluding weekends and holidays.

Shipping Rates

  • Standard Shipping: CAD $6.99 for orders from CAD $0.00 to CAD $69.98.
  • Free Standard Shipping: CAD $0.00 for orders of CAD $69.99 and above.
  • Express Shipping: CAD $20.00 when available at checkout.

All available shipping rates are shown at checkout before payment.

Estimated Delivery

Most Canadian orders are expected to arrive within 8 to 18 business days after the order is placed, including processing time. Delivery timing can vary by destination, fulfillment partner, carrier volume, holidays, weather, customs processing, and address issues.
